As if falcons weren't cool enough it turns out there is an art to training them called "Falconry." This artfrom has been a tradition for thousands of years in the middle east, but it's history is a bit unclear. Two french researchers have been changing this. Patrick Pallait and Catherine Tsagarakis work for the Middle East Falconry and have uncovered more than 45 manusripts detailing its history, but the rarest of all is eluding them.
